Room for sociable and friendly professional

Hi!

We’re a sociable and friendly house of professionals, both male and female, aged 23–28, living in a large 9-bedroom house between Brixton and Streatham.

We currently have 4 rooms available, as a few of our housemates are moving on for various reasons, including work and visas.
Although there can be up to 9 of us when the house is full, I’ve lived here for a year and it’s only been completely full for a short period. Everyone has pretty varied schedules, so despite the size of the house, it never really feels like you’re living on top of each other. The house is also spread across three floors, and the walls are pretty soundproof (lol).

📍 Great location
We’re directly opposite a bus stop, with multiple buses running frequently to Brixton Station in around 5 minutes and Central London in around 20 minutes.

The house has:
- 9 bedrooms across 3 floors
- A communal kitchen/living room
- A ground-floor toilet
- A bathroom on both the first and second floors
- A garden, which we often use for drinks and socialising
- A cleaner every few weeks

💰 Bills
Bills aren’t included in the rent but come to around £70 per month, covering council tax, water, electricity, gas and the cleaner.

🏠 What we’re looking for
We’re a social house and like getting together, but everyone also has their own friends, work and lives outside the house.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and likeminded who wants to be part of a sociable house but also values everyone’s independence.

Please note:
The house is strictly 21–33, as this reflects the age range of the current housemates.
No students, please.
We’re looking for someone respectful and considerate — no weirdos/creeps 😂
