Two double rooms available in 4 bed house

Two double rooms available in a 4 bed house share from beginning of October. Around £940-70 with bills.

Room 1
Top floor double bed room with bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. ~£940pm

Room 2
Top floor large double bed room with bed, bed side tables, large built in wardrobe, cabinets. Plenty of space for a desk. ~£970pm

Both bedrooms are next to each other with a bathroom between that is shared between these two rooms and one other. Rolling contract, so no fixed term duration (other than two month minimum), but you’ll be liable to fill the room upon leaving.

About the house
Four bed house with one bathroom shared between 3 (the other room is en-suite) and another toilet downstairs. Kitchen fitted with washing machine and dishwasher. Has a massive living space downstairs and paved garden out the back with table and chairs and an outdoor gym.

Housemates
We’re 2 guys (Skyler and Tom) in finance and engineering aged 26/27 years. We’re into the gym, running and sports - we’re both into golf and play when we can. We socialise in the evenings and weekends watching the football but also have our own mates outside the house.

Those leaving are because one is moving back to New Zealand and the other has a job elsewhere. Both have been in the house long term.

What we’re looking for
Ideally we’re looking for two guys of a similar age who are into sports, but also open to two girls moving in. It would be ideal if two friends moved in with each other. We try to keep the place tidy, so someone who also likes a clean space would be ideal. Whilst we have the odd social evening at ours, we like to try and keep the house as a place to chill from the business of London.

Area
Best bit about the house is that it’s less than a minutes walk to Brockwell Park, which is great on a sunny day and in the summer when it hosts festivals.

15-20min walk to Brixton Station or there’s a bus stop on the main road by the house.

Good size Sainsbury’s 5-10min walk.

This house has always generated a lot of interest, so apologise if we can’t get back to everyone.

We plan to host viewings late September.
