I'm moving out of my room and looking for a new person to replace me and join my lovely flatmate in our 2 bedroom flat in Brixton. The flat is approximately 5 minutes from Brockwell Park and 10 minutes from Brixton tube station, with lots of amenities, shops, green space, and activities nearby.

In the flat there is a separate toilet and shower (see pictures), a shared garden, a shared living space with a TV and sofa, and a kitchen with a fridge and washing machine. The room comes with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and lots of space for your own stuff! There is a large window allowing for lots of natural light, but there are also blackout curtains and blinds.

I am looking for someone social , who will chat with my very lovely flatmate but who is also independent and happy to do their own thing!
