Brixton room for rent, move in 1st of Nov

Room in a house share for £685 a month before bills. 3 min walk to Brockwell park and 10 mins to Brixton station. You’ll have 6 housemates including 2 couples and 2 other housemates. We’re all young professionals who have a mix of WFH and in office. All respect each others space and like to the house tidy. We do have a cleaner every 2 weeks as it is a large house which keeps it fair but we all to do our own bit. Bills are roughly £100 a month.

In terms of social we have house parties for our birthdays and new years. We’re social but at the same time we have our own social lives at the same time.

Ideally want somebody who is easy going, can keep the house relatively tidy and isn’t a keyboard warrior or post-it note on the fridge kind of person🤣

Would prefer a girl to keep the balance in the house

Everyone’s easy going and we’ll try make sure to have a couple of us there for viewings…Will be honest it’s a house share in Brixton so if you want cheap rent and a chilled household give us a message but don’t expect the Ritz😅
