I'm moving back to Australia so have a great room available in Brixton from 16th October.
The room gets heaps of daylight, has a double bed, side table, wardrobe and set of drawers that all come with the room.
The current housemates are both 29 year old guys who enjoy sport and socialising and hoping to keep the friendly vibe the flat currently has.
Both housemates work in the office 5 days a week. The living room has a desk and screen if you want to work from home.
The living room is huge, it has lots of natural light and plenty of couches. The bathroom is shared only with 1 other housemate, there is also a washing machine and a communal courtyard shared with the other flats.
Bills are not included and would add another approx £100 a month.
