We’re Ava & Dave, and our freshly decorated Brixton flat has two bright double rooms available:

Standard double (4m x 4m) from 31 July – £1248 incl. bills & council tax

Huge double (5.5m x 4.5m) – probably from 15 September – £1498 incl. bills & council tax

Both are newly decorated, high ceilings, loads of light, plenty of storage. Bathrooms are just 5 steps away (shared with one tidy person). A monthly cleaner is included.

You’ll be sharing with:

Dave (61) – calm & helpful English humanitarian worker

Ava (47) – warm & friendly, from the Philippines

We’re looking for a clean, considerate, friendly flatmate who enjoys a relaxed home atmosphere (occasional chat or shared meal, but not a party flat).

The flat has fast broadband, quality appliances, indoor bike storage, and is in a quiet road just 2–3 mins from Brockwell Park, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs & live music.

Transport is excellent: 10 min walk / 2 min bus to Brixton tube (Victoria Line, London's fastest!), plus easy trains from Herne Hill, Tulse Hill & Streatham Hill, which is across the wonderful Brockwell Park (3 min from flat, tennis courts, Lido, walled flower garden etc).
