The road is permit parking which I believe is in the region of £35 p/year..
I do own and off-street parking space which I sometimes rent out Mon-Fri....

Easy access to Brilliant local pubs including The Effra , Mango Landin' and many more in Herne Hill like the Florence with its own micro brewery! all within a 10minute walk and a mere 5 minutes from beautiful Brockwell Park with bike track, tennis courts and ducks, plus a range of great restaurants such as Franco Manca (the best pizza place in town) and Negril plus all the local /late-night shops on Brixton Hill within a 3min walk.
Then there’s Brixton town centre with all its restaurants ,bars, shops, within 10mins walk or a choice of about 10buses if walking 2bus stops is too much for you:-

Me/New Flatmate
I am an IT consultant, I have a good circle of friends and enjoy eating out, festivals, going to the flicks.. I am ideally looking for someone who is like-minded and will be chilled and easy to live with who is good company but also appreciates having their own time and space, and is active, so not always indoors!

New flatmate should be between 30-50yrs old and must be house trained as I dont do tidying up after others and in turn I dont leave my mess around either..

I am looking for someone who wants to make the house their home, and who is friendly yet independent like me.

And Im a pretty straight forward kinda gal so what ya see is what ya get!..
