Large, Peaceful Attic Double Ensuite Room

Hi, myself and my partner live in the house with our two kids (baby and toddler). Both kids sleep all night and won't be an annoyance to any renters! We're friendly and relaxed, happy to share the kitchen and living spaces, although there are certain times of day when we're feeding the kids that things might get a bit messy.
We'd ideally like someone to rent short-term with a possibility of extending the rental if everyone's happy with the living arrangements.
If you're a couple I would ask for £200 per week for both of you.
We have a large kitchen, dining room and lounge. Back and front gardens. Free parking. Internet, landline and TV. Your room has a small ensuite bathroom and plenty of cupboards to store your stuff.
The street is very quiet; all the houses are old cottages with pretty gardens. Lots of cats around. It's about a mile down the hill to Brixton tube or a minute walk to the bus stop.
Oh - I don't eat meat but my partner and the kids do occasionally.
