Great location just a short bus ride to Brixton (or 15 minute walk. One mile to Clapham South so ideal for trips to Clapham Common. We're just 2 minute walk to shops with a Sainsbury's and Tesco.
The room comes with double bed (new bed and mattress) - wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit. Big house so plenty of storage space. Rent is £442 and is paid on the 1st of every month. Deposit same price. Private landlady who is very nice, no agency fees to pay which is a bonus. Bills are £80-100 per month. House has a small garden so ideal for a summer BBQ.
You'll be sharing with 2 guys and 1 girl. Ben works in photography, Morgan is a barman and Sabrina a nanny. So a real mix but everyone gets along and if we're all in we'll watch tv, catch up over a drink etc.
The guys are looking for a girl to move in for a gender mix.
