Private Houseshare - Furnished Double in Brixton

I am renting out my room in Brixton -as I'm moving to Cornwall, it's all fully furnished with my things.

This is the biggest room in the house, x2 wardrobes, double bed and desk. We are 10 minutes walk from Brixton and Clapham North.

The house is all very user friendly, social with great big sofa , social set-up.

The flat is all fully furnished, just one bathroom, awful windows / heat retention, no dishwasher, but apart from that it's all good!

Both the guys living here are professionals, one a stockbroker, one runs a heath care business, but very nice a relaxed and go away a lot at the weekends. Looking for a guy or a girl, ideally a professional type.
I have left the rent period open, but i'm open to short lets.

Ideally not looking for someone who wants to move in their entire life's possessions, or a partner (with one bathroom / shower this is very much for singletons / not living in each others pocket)

Asking £600 + 70 for for all bills including, wi-fi, tv , utilities and weekly cleaner.
