Hi, I have 2 lovely rooms available for rent, available now. It’s a Victorian house on a quiet residential road off Brixton Hill. It’s a three-bedroom split-level flat with two bathrooms. The available rooms are on the ground floor with a garden view and south-facing. They include a double bed, wardrobes and were freshly painted last week! I have fibre optic Internet and wooden floors throughout. There is a living room and a garden too! The current flatmate is Desmina, who works as a PA. She has lived there for 6 years. The two previous flatmates were there for 5 and 2 years respectively, and both moved out to buy flats. They would be happy to speak to you to recommend the place. Ideally, I’m looking for two new professionals over 28. It’s a quiet and respectful house, a place to call home rather than a party house!

The house is ten minutes' walk to Brixton tube and rail. 15 mins to Clapham. 8 mins to Brockwell Park. There is a big Sainsbury’s 2 mins away. The larger room (1st on the video) is £880 a month. The second room is £800. This includes all bills and a cleaner, twice a month. I would require a month’s deposit and the rent paid at the start of each month.
