The flat is in Rochester House, one of the Victorian mansion blocks on Rushcroft Road, 2 minutes from the Brixton tube, Brixton Village and local amenities. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The flat is going on the market so the let is for a minimum of three months but is likely to be for 6 months or slightly longer. A two month notice will be given, and this will not happen until after at least one months tenancy.
