We are looking for a new flatmate in a great 3 bedroom flatshare with 2 bathrooms. The house has 3 split levels, and is on a charming street near Brixton and Clapham North. There are plenty of shops, cafes and parks nearby as well. You will be at 15 min walks and 5 min bus from Brixton Station and Clapham North Station.
The available bedroom is on the top floor of the house with a walk in wardrobe, plenty of storage, bed & mattress and a large velux window, making it very bright and airy. You have your own bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower.
The house was renovated a few years ago, including the bedroom and bathroom. There’s a great kitchen with all the amenities and a lovely dining space, a space to WFH and you will be sharing with 2 professional women. We both enjoy chatting and getting to know our housemates but offer loads of space too. We both mix work from home and the office, we have active social lives, generally liking to just chill when we’re at home. The house is super homey and beautifully finished.
Price is £1140 pcm incl bills. 1 month is required for a security deposit.
We are looking for a long stay from 1st Feb.
