Spacious double room, Brixton

You'll be in a Victorian terrace house five minutes from Brockwell Park. The room itself is light, spacious and peaceful, being located at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

You'll share a bathroom with one other person. Other facilities include washing machine and tumble dryer as well as on-street parking (permit from Lambeth Council needed).

The residents are a married male couple (the landlords) another lodger and two Golden Retrievers. The atmosphere is friendly, quiet and relaxed, which is what we're looking for in the other person who joins us.

If you're wondering whether dog-walking is expected, don't worry - we take care of all of that. The dogs are very well-behaved, so won't get into your stuff and they are very friendly, bringing a lot of good cheer to life in the house.
