Spacious double room, Brixton

You'll be in a Victorian terrace house five minutes from Brockwell Park. The room is light, spacious and peaceful, being located at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

The residents are a married male couple (the landlords) and two Golden Retrievers. The atmosphere is friendly, quiet and relaxed, which is what we're looking for in the other person who joins us. There are two bathrooms so no queuing for the facilities is required.

If you're wondering whether dog-walking is expected, don't worry - we take care of all of that. The dogs are very well-behaved, so won't get into your stuff and they are very friendly, bringing only good cheer to life in the house

The council tax band is E but all bills (including broadband) are included in the price.
