Charming bright Single room in Brixton

Greetings,
I'm looking for a nice human for my lovely bright single room to rent in my ground floor flat, 10 mins walk to Brixton tube, 5 mins walk to beautiful Brockwell park and many of the area's cool venues and restaurants. We're a creative household and enjoy a calm home vibe, my neighbours are very respectful, no middle of the night parties and raucous noise are very rare from other residents.
The room overlooks a lovely large private garden with lots of sun spilling in through the window, perfect for these summer times.
I work mainly from home ( so looking for a non remote working flatmate ). I'm an artist/photographer and Noemi works for a painter/decorator. I love cooking and the kitchen is very well stocked with quality cooking tools, I keep a clean and organised home, any prospective flatmate would also need to roll in a similar manner :-)
Smokers ok as long as its out of the windows, as I do.
We also have two cats, no litter try indoors as they use the garden for the business end.
Finally, no bigots or right wing reform types.
Rent includes all utility bills, Infinity BT internet, council tax and cleaning of the communal area's.
One months rent deposit and rent in advance.
£690 per month.
