No garden but 5mins to Brockwell Park, the Lido and easy reach of Brixton. There is room in the hallway if you have a bike.
Fairly laid back but not into late night noise these days ;) prefer the quiet. Would suit someone over thirty.
I work in IT for charities. I read the Guardian & have a Freeview TV only.
All bills are included including broadband. 1 months rent (£670) and £300 deposit required upfront.
