Lovely Double room for rent in a modern flat. The double doors of your room open on to a large sunny patio, it’s a lovely & peaceful sun trap. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, fairly quiet, clean and tidy and easy going.

The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, it’s a little oasis in Brixton (if you're loud or like to party, it's not for you, headphones are encouraged for TV/music!). The flat is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is generally very peaceful, apart from the odd fox.

I’m Daron, you’ll be living with me (I’m the landlord). My background is music/bands/music for TV & I enjoy music, film, reading, travelling, art, meeting with friends. You’ll also be living with Matteo, who’s a 28yr old and in TV production , friendly, respectful, nice temperament, works days, sometimes from home. As I mentioned, we both like the place clean and tidy, it's a shoes off home, so looking for someone who finds all that a plus! If you’re asking yourself ‘...am I OCD enough?’ then you’re probably not the right person :)

Please note, currently the room is furnished with a bed frame only. You would need to supply your own mattress. There is no shared living room, so communal area is the kitchen, but it's a nice kitchen so come and view the flat, it would be great to meet you!
