2-bed duplex with terrace and great transport link

This is an opportunity to live in a beautiful flat in a quiet residential street with stunning roof terrace for a few months, looking after a gorgeous cat (feeding, caring and giving love) while I go travelling and move my life up to Scotland to live with my wife. It means you will have the whole flat to yourself the majority of the time, apart from a night here or there when I might be home (sometimes with my wife).

I bought this lovely flat in 2016 and spent a few months completely refurbishing it. Everything down to the doors were brand new!

What I love is that it is in the heart of Brixton (5-10 mins stroll from the tube and round the corner from the village), but it is as quiet at night as being in the middle of the countryside! The flat is bright, sunny with a very positive vibe to it, and the neighbours are lovely too.

It is round the corner from the Ritzy Cinema and also just a few mins' walk from the gorgeous Brockwell Park and Lido.

The available room comes with the near sole use of the 2nd bathroom (bar very occasional visitors), because I have an en suite, so it is like having your own bathroom. It is furnished with chest of drawers, bedside table and a built in wardrobe and lots of storage under the bed. There is more storage in the loft too.

I am very laid back and have lived with a fair few different people over the years who have all become friends. I work in education/charity, and when I am home, very occasionally, I love to have a drink on the terrace and cook a nice meal.

I am looking for laid back, clean and tidy tenants who would enjoy being part of the very friendly community on our road.

It is £1,500 including bills - everything you might expect including a cleaner every two weeks and fast broadband. It is a bit cheaper than it could be because of cat care and the fact I will occasionally be home (sometimes with my wife).
