Hi all :) I am subletting my room in a lovely house share until the end of the tenancy (30th September), as I've moved for work. There is a possibility of living there more long term if you like, as a new tenancy agreement will be drawn up in September, but no obligation to sign on.

The room is massive, gets loads of sunlight and is fully furnished with built in wardrobe.

The house is also v spacious, big kitchen which has been recently refurbished and a communal living space where people like to hang out. There's also a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom so there's never a queue. There is also a garden.

Transport links are great. About a 10 minute walk from Tulse Hill Station, 15 minute bus to Brixton. Streatham and West Norwood are also a walk away.

5 minutes from Brockwell Park.

The people in the house are all very chill, clean tidy and friendly.

Please note the room is currently being spruced up and repainted (22nd) so will be offering viewing from this point.
