room in home in Brixton residential street

We have a large, comfortable ,family home. We are seeking a masters or Phd level student . Full use of all amenities and kitchen. We both work pretty much full time, have an adult son who lives here sometimes .

we are looking for someone clean, kind and who is studying full time or is at University. We aren’t looking for someone who WFH. We expect you to be respectful and polite and in return you can expect us to be friendly, helpful and good fun.
the room has shelving, a wardrobe , a large desk and chair, one sitting room chair,
and wifi. the bed is a single .
We are offering this room for a single person and we do not allow overnight guests .
please do not contact me unless you have read and understood that the room is in a family home and this must be respected. We are not looking for a permanent lodger but we have had students and professionals staying for up to 6 months up to 5 years . We rent for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 18 months with a months notice to leave. We will interview online or in person at the house We will short list only 5 people . You will need to provide proof that you are a student /studying Thank you .
The room is available to view now and able to be occupied from 1st November . References will be checked.
We will also put you in touch with a previous lodger who can be our reference .
