Short-term room available in Brixton

Hi,

I have a room available with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The room is medium size, it is very light, and has plenty of storage space.

Please note – the photos of the bedroom are old! It has been painted since these were taken, and the bed and mattress have been replaced since then.

It's in a 2-bed house with Brockwell park about 100 metres away (and there's a lido and gym in the park too). This is a really peaceful spot between Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill, it almost feels like the house is actually in the park.

It's available for a short let, ie anything between 1 and 4 months. Anybody careful and considerate considered.

If you took the room you would have the house to yourself! The second room is empty too, but the bedframe is broken so it's not available for rent.
