Two Lovely Double Rooms - All bills inc. + Cleaner

We have two rooms available in our friendly flat. You would be sharing with two others, all of us in our early thirties.

Room 1 is officially available from 7th Feb but will be free to move in from 1st Feb if you wish to do so!

Room 2 is available from 10th February.

Room 1 is a double, it comes with a new bed, bedside table, slim set of drawers, a double wardrobe with ample space, desk and chair.

Room 2 is also a double, it comes with a double bed, 2 large wardrobes, and a small bureau desk. Desk and chair can be included at an extra cost. This room faces the communal garden and gets lots of natural light.

The flat is bright and well decorated and includes a new dishwasher, washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

All bills are included (broadband, council tax, gas, electric, water etc.) as well a cleaner who comes weekly.

The flat has a large kitchen and a shared living room. There are two shower rooms with toilets and underfloor heating.

There is a HUGE communal garden which is an amazing sun trap in the summer and is great for BBQ's.

Off-street parking is available and there is a lockable shed for storage of empty suitcases, bicycles etc.

We are an easy-going flat, but like it to be kept clean. We're friendly and sociable, and enjoy having a glass of wine/gin together, but also all have our own busy lives going on! One of us works for a charity, one is an artist/filmmaker and the other is an actor. We are looking for friendly professionals, so please tell us something about yourself first!

The flat is a 10-minute bus ride from Brixton tube and you generally never have to wait more than 2 minutes for a bus. There is a great local pub a few minutes away and a Tesco almost on the doorstep and a couple of Sainsbury's a 5 minute walk away.
