Come and join Alex and Rosie in their lovely Brixton flat! It's on the first and second floor, just off Acre Lane, and is about 10 mins from Clapham North and Brixton station. Lidl and Tesco a short walk away.

The flat has a spacious kitchen and living area with really nice fittings, one toilet downstairs and a bathroom with shower and bath upstairs. The room has a king-size bed, big desk and plenty of storage space with a wardrobe on the landing.

There's also a big balcony with plenty of space for barbecuing and catching the sun!

Rosie works in film production so is sometimes up early and back late, Alex works normal working hours.

Rent is paid monthly on the 22nd. I'm around every day for the next two weeks, get in touch to arrange a viewing. The contract runs until January, with the option to extend after that.
