The flat is situated in a very quiet street. It is not a party place and neither is the neighbouring but there is plenty enough of entertaining 5 minutes away, in the centre of Brixton.

The room is well worth visiting and is, in fact, bigger than what the pictures actually show.
This flat has all the amenities. (double orthopaedic bed, double glazed windows, huge wardrobe in the room, wooden floor, central heating...). It is extremely well maintained and very clean.
Any one wanting or demanding on the latest, newly refurbished, or any of all of the latest, fancy design, will have to look through agencies, Airbnb or whatever else.
Here, general cleaning is on a rota. Any otherwise you would have to pay for somebody else to do your general cleaning once every two weeks. There is also dayly cleaning.
Apart from that, it is a very peaceful and a definite GENTLE, GENUINE and PEACEFULL place to live in.
