On a quiet estate 2 minutes from Brockwell Park at the top of Tulse Hill.

The flat enjoys fantastic views across central London, from Battersea Power station to the Shard.

Brockwell park is a 2-minute walk away and is 130 acres of tranquillity in the heart of London. There are tennis courts and running/triathlon clubs at the outdoor Lido in Brockwell Park.

Brixton, including Brixton Electric and Brixton Village, with its restaurants, and trendy cafes are all a 5-minute bus ride away.

Tulse Hill is a 10-minute walk away and has a variety of local restaurants, shops and pubs, including a recently opened wine/craft beer merchant and also the Tulse Hill Hotel pub/restaurant.

A large Sainsbury’s is 12 mins walk away.

Transport Links

Tulse Hill station is a 10-minute walk away, with direct connections into the city, including Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, London Bridge and King’s Cross St. Pancras.

Brixton tube station is a 20-minute walk / 5-minute bus ride away for the Victoria line. Oxford Circus is 25 minutes away door-to-door.

Buses, including 24 hour and night buses are available less than a minute’s walk away straight into central London.

I’m an IT consultant working in central London and the live-in landlord. I tend to be quiet during the week and enjoy the odd pint in Brixton/locally at the weekend. You'll be sharing with only 2 others (the 4th bedroom is a spare room) so there's plenty of space.
