Friendly housemate wanted for relaxed home !

Hello! I am a freelance English teacher who works from home who is looking for a new housemate who is friendly caring and relaxed and is looking for a place to call home. Preferably, someone who likes cats and plants! IMy son Leo also lives here- he's training to be a plumber at the moment. We would appreciate someone staying who would be willing to look after the cat and also the plants when we are away

This is an amazing place to live in! We are 2 minutes from beautiful Brockwell Parik! We also have a community greenhouse which everyone is welcome to use, which I think is very special. ! There are supermarkets very close by and some of the best pubs and venues in south London to go to (Hootananny, Elm Park Tavern and Effra Social to name but a few) However, living so close to the park is just brilliant!

As I am an English teacher specialising in teaching English pronunciation, the flat may well suit a foreign student who wishes to improve their English. However, we are open to having anyone who would appreciate staying in our place and wants a relaxed space to come home to.
