If you like lots of space, light and quiet...this is for you. Sharing with only one other lovely, friendly, easy-going girl. It's a very chilled out home but you are welcome to bring friends over, as there is plenty of space in the bedroom, lounge and the kitchen to hang out.

This is a large/spacious two story Victorian converted townhouse, with high ceilings, front garden and rear, quiet, patio. It backs onto Brockwell Park (the entrance is only a few doors away).

There's a big Sainsbury's 2 mins from the house. We are surrounded by lots of cafe's, pubs and restaurants. This is an excellent place to commute from.

Julia, the present flatmate is a really lovely, friendly, independent, German girl. She works minimally from 9-6.30pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone with a similar routine (to keep bills down, so preferably no students). Ideally, you love Brixton and are friendly, clean, tidy and considerate also.

FURTHER DETAILS:

THE BEDROOM: Large double bedroom. with bay windows,. Chunky floating book shelves, bureau, two wardrobes, one walk in closet. Pretty new double bed.

BATHROOM: Has a decent shower/bath. and divides the two bedrooms.

UPSTAIRS: (Main entrance) there's a large living room with bay window, high ceilings and hardwood floors.

KITCHEN: is homey and bright, eat-in (table and chairs). It's really well stocked with (I think!) anything you'll need.

There's a washing machine and dryer in a small 'room' between the kitchen and living room.

ME: I'm the live-out 'owner' and I promise, if anything needs to be fixed I will be very responsive.

NB: Julia would rather share with a female. But for the right couple the rent is +£150.00 pm.
