3 of us live in the upstairs part of the house & share the main ground floor kitchen with you. Two working & one uni student who may be around in the daytime but fairly quiet.

There is no shared living room, just the kitchen & garden, so it's not an overly social houseshare, although we are friendly & happy with a quick chat in the kitchen or garden in passing.

There's a shared kitchen if you feel like doing some proper cooking, and you also have a small private kitchen area with its own fridge, sink, microwave etc (see the plan).
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with pans, slow cooker, & loads of cookware & utensils & there's storage if you need it.

Washing machine & freezer. (no tumble dryer but there's an outdoor washing line in the garden, a little spin-dryer, & a foldable clothes airer in the hallway by the garden door)

Furnished or part-furnished large room with double bed, desk if needed, plenty of floor space, & storage (wardrobe, drawers, shelving unit)
Access to south-facing garden.

Couples accepted on short term let only (up to 3 months)

Buses 2, 59, 159, 196, 133, 3 and 37 are all about 2 minutes away, with easy access to central London, Peckham, Streatham, Clapham, Crystal Palace etc.

Brixton tube & station 8 minutes walk.

Herne Hill Station about 15 minutes walk away with access to Blackfriars, Farringdon & Kings Cross.

Brockwell Lido (gym and outdoor swimming pool) is about 10 minutes walk away in Brockwell Park, and Hotpod Yoga is 2 minutes away at the end of the street.

Local supermarkets Sainsburys, Tesco & Lidl 5-10 minutes walk, as well as Brixton market & Herne Hill Sunday market.

All bills included in rent (council tax, water, gas & electricity, central heating, broadband, TV licence). Nothing extra to pay.
