Double room in modern house on beautiful street

I am looking for a housemate to live in my house with me and my housemate

It's a modern house, and the room is well furnished with a good bed, mattress, drawers and dresser/

Included in the price is broadband, utility bills, a weekly cleaner plus: a projector, access to netflix, amazon prime video, iplayer, Ps4 etc.

It's a wonderful location, a few minutes from Broadway market on a street with a great community. There's a street party each year and a residents association

I'm a 35 year old consultant. I'm easy going, tidy and fairly busy so out a bit.

For a couple it would be an additional £400/month
