2 Rooms left Broadway Market flat with Garden

I have 2 bedrooms left in my maisonette which is literally a stones throw from Broadway Market and the canal. There's 1 larger double and a small double available.

The flat has just had some work done to it. I have fitted a new bathroom and fully redecorated it, installed a new oven, and the hallway flooring is new.

I also plan to fit new stair carpet and install new window blinds throughout.

At the moment the flat is part furnished. Furniture requirements can be arranged to suit your needs once an interest has been expressed.

The flat comprises:

Downstairs - Kitchen and separate lounge leading out onto garden
Upstairs - 3 x double bedrooms (one smaller than the other 2 if 1 person was looking to save some money), new shower room, separate toilet.

There is a lovely couple moving into one of the larger rooms upstairs. They are called Lauren and Anna and are in their mid twenties.
