London Fields room to rent

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to rent a room for an initial 3 months from December, any time after the 10th of December, shorter could work too. I’m planning to sell the house in the spring next year, so the end date is TBC and the stay might get extended.

The room is a large double with south/west-facing windows. The house is a spacious Victorian with a garden, two lounges looking onto the park, and it’s very close to Broadway Market. There’s one bathroom with a freestanding bath shared between three people, plus an extra loo downstairs.

You’d be sharing with me (Brit) and my lovely housemate (Aussie). We’re both chilled and in our 30s. We’re looking for a girl who appreciates a clean and calm space. No house parties (but friends over for dinner, films, etc is totally fine). Ideally no homeworking during typical work hours (9–5). Someone who goes into their workplace most days would be perfect.

Things we’re into: pilates/yoga, art, theatre, vintage markets, ceramics, films.

The room is single occupancy but having a partner stay up to 2 nights a week is fine. We all follow this so it stays comfortable for everyone.

All bills are included, based on a max of 5 hours of heating per day.
