Hi,
Theres 1 room available in our 3 bed flat and available from 14th September but can be flexible with move in date, its a good size double with wardrobe space and we are doing viewings this weekend.
The private landlady is really friendly and helpful. She has recently put in a new fridge, windows in downstairs and put new carpets.
I love living here and have been here a few years, it’s a lovely two floor maisonette in a great location; Broadway Market is around the corner as is London Fields, so there’s no shortage of things to do – it’s all pretty much all within a 200m radius, and you can see the canal from the apartment!
The room is good sized and bright, has a double bed/mattress and has built in wardrobe. It gets a lot of light, which I loved when I lived in it. We also have a decent-sized kitchen and a sunny separate living room with a balcony that overlooks the canal.
We are Joe and Eric, and we work in the NHS and at a tech company and are out during normal working hours every midweek day though Eric sometimes WFH.
We love going to gigs, restaurants, travelling, gym, running around Viccy Park and then getting coffee and cake(s), and just generally having fun with friends who mostly live local. We are very respectful and relaxed, and like to take it easy after work. It’s an easy-going household with lots of plants (in various states of health) and bikes (bikes are welcome to join the flat too!)
Bills aren't included in the rent but tend to work out around £120 per month each and that includes a cleaner who comes every other week.
We love living here and are tidy, considerate housemates. We are looking for 1 other person who is also tidy, considerate and socially aware to join.
