Room in London Fields / B'way Market House share!

We’re looking for someone interesting, social and respectful to join our household in a furnished double room available from mid-May! Unfortunately we cannot accept couples or pets, and ideally looking for someone around our same ages (late 20s-30s) and someone who is looking for longer term. More below!

THE ROOM has a double bed, a bedside table, a mirror and a chest of drawers and a desk/table. There's also a full closet just outside the room that is all yours. It's the smallest room in the house but the rent has been reflected to show this. It's south facing so gets great light too!

THE HOUSE is 3 minutes walk from Broadway Market, a stone's throw from the canals and EVERYTHING you could want to make your London dreams come true. It features:

- Four bedrooms
- Open Living-room/kitchen complete with all sorts of fun appliances including a dishwasher, air fryer and ice cream maker…)
- Large back garden with bbq
- Shower with bath and toilet plus additional downstairs toilet
- Fully furnished
- Really well insulated
- Excellent landlord

- Very cool housemates

Bills run £120-£150/month (water, gas, electric, broadband, council tax, TV license, plus bi-monthly cleaner)

WE are Ali, Jack and Kellye. We're a sociable and respectful bunch who have our own interests but still enjoy hanging out together. We have occasional gatherings (BBQs in the garden, house dinners) and hang out in the living room/kitchen between the times spent at work and in our own social lives. We're always up for a good chat, restaurant referral, beers in the week, perhaps even a pub quiz?

JACK, 31, is a bartender and manager at a killer cocktail bar. He'll tell you everything you need to know about great flavour profiles or regale you with tales of his time in New Zealand, plus he's a great cook to boot.

KELLYE, 35, works in television (mix of home, office, and away in Dublin from time to time) which means she can always give great recs and has the goss on what's upcoming that might be good. She also likes karaoke and bike rides that revolve around a pub. Also pretty much any holiday, particularly if it gives her an excuse to bake.

ALI, 31, works in Environmental development and usually wfh 2-3 days a week. Loves walks, cycling, plants and nature. Also an excellent pub quiz teammate and has an ongoing list of fun London things to do that he's trying to cross off.

PLEASE TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESSAGE. We're looking for someone who will fit in with the amazing vibe we've created over the last few years together, who will be here for more than a few months and who isn't just looking for a room to crash but a place to call home.
If you're a couple, someone with a pet, or someone who responds to ads with nothing more than "Is this still available?" unfortunately this is not the place for you.
