The room is fully furnished. It has a double-size bed, big chest drawers and a foldable desk (in case you do not need to work from home). Rent is £1100 plus bills (around £120 per month with a cleaner every two weeks)
The flat has a big living room and kitchen area (plus a balcony) that you will share with my flatmate. He is 32, British and works from home full time.
