Sharing with two guys - one is my brother (Kal, 32) and our friend (Josh, 25).

Obvs known one my whole life lolz, nice dood. And Josh I've lived with for a year, equally nice chap. Both very easy going and chatty/welcoming.

Kal is from Somerset, works in PR. Josh is from Melbourne, works in events.

I'm leaving as I'm buying.

House is nice. Feels very spacious.

There's two bathrooms, separate living room, good size kitchen and a garden.

The room for rent is large, with a massive wardrobe that fits allll of your belongings. Handy for keeping organised and tidy.

There's room for a desk too, which I work from when WFH.

Very close to Broadway Market and 10mins walk to Haggerston overground.

We all cycle - about 15 mins to Liverpool Street and 30 mins to Central London if you run reds.

Ideally looking for someone aged 28+, professional, working 2-3 days in the office.

Easy going, chatty and enjoys socialising every so often as a house.

Clean is a must. We don't have a rota but we have informally taken roles to keep the place up to good standard. We have a cleaner once a month for toilets, floors, etc.

No couples, smokers (odd one socially is fine), or pet peeps.
