My name is Sarah, I’m making this Ad as me and my wonderful flatmates have a room opening up from the end of September. The flat is two floors, one bath with a spacious living room that is market facing. The room advertised is NW facing the back of the market street. I am going on Travels so would like to open the opportunity up to you to come live here if you are interested. I expect to return around June or July of 2025, hence the 9 month let time. I’ve never made a spare room ad so please forgive me if I’m missing anything! Feel free to drop any queries.

I believe there may be a lot of interest in this room, so out of respect for any interested parties - please save your time getting in touch if you aren’t a student (ideally we’d like the new tenant to be studying creatively), if you aren’t LGBTQ Friendly, if you can’t make a viewing in the next 2 weeks.

Honestly, more than anything in this house a positive energy and approach to life is a high priority for us. The two flatmates you would move in with are both studying in the arts (UAL), they’re kind, respectful and supportive people who also know how to have a great time.
