Large Double Room available for 4 months!!

I’m going to Japan! And want to sublet my large double room in a great location!! Looking for a friendly flatmate to take over my room for when I’m gone.

You’ll be sharing with 4 other lovely flatmates, who get along great - we all love watching films, reading, park walks, cafes and pub outings.

I’m planning to do viewings at the end of the month, to see if you’re a good fit for the room/flat.

Please share a bit about yourself; Job, age and hobbies would be great :)

!!Please remember this is a short term sublet and I will be returning March 1st!!

With the deposit we can discuss this - I’m very flexible - I just want my room intact when I return.

Additionally, for my items; I can leave / take away as much as you’d like. PS there’s a chest of drawers and a build in wardrobe you can use for your belongings.
