The Nitty Gritty: Rent is £831 before bills (a real bargain considering the location and size of the room in this crazy market). Bills are usually another £120, includes a weekly cleaner (every Tuesday).

The House: A 3 story five bedroom house that you'll be sharing with 3 girls and 1 non-binary masc. The house boasts 2 bathrooms (shower & toilet in each), a huge open plan kitchen / living room and a garden with BBQ, picnic table and Hammock etc.

Flatmates: All in their late 20s/early 30s. French, Scottish, Dutch and Spanish nationalities so you're getting a great mix of people! Really laid back and a good time. We enjoy a few drinks and a laugh, but we are also tidy and generally keep the house a nice, chill place to be.

The Room: As pictured, there's loads of storage with 2 built-in wardrobes. The room is quite big and gets the afternoon sun which is gorgeous in those dreary UK winters. All furniture comes with the room minus the Black Ikea tv unit.

Location: London Fields is less than a 5 minute walk - Regents canal is a stones throw away (for those of you who can throw a stone 50meters). Broadway Market, with a glorious selection of independent shops and coffee shops, is about a 3 minute walk.

The closest stations are Haggerston, London Fields, and Bethnal Green.

Landlord is excellent and has a very easy-going attitude.
