Big double room London Fields

My current flatmate is leaving the flat this month so I am looking for someone to replace him asap in the lease. The new tenant will have to provide references to the real estate agency.
The room is big and originally is unfinished but you can discuss with him in regards to buying any furniture in the photo.
Bills approx £150 p/m (council tax, internet, water, electricity) plus ideally a cleaner every two weeks.
The flat is really well located in a quiet street next to broadway market and London fields. Bethnal Green station is a 15 min walk.

From my side, I am a 34 year old originally from El Salvador who is been working in London for the last 6 years. Ideally the new flatmate will like to keep the flat tidy and keep a good vibe in the flat. If you are interested do reach out and we can organise a viewing asap.
