Looking for someone to move into my room until the end of the year whilst I'm away travelling.

You will have full access to living, dining spaces and the kitchen, with high quality fittings and furniture, as well as a large balcony.

The flat is in a modern development with underground bike storage, 1 minute walk to Haggerston Overground and many buses from Kingsland Road.

It faces Stonebridge gardens which is great for hanging out in the sun, and is within 15 minutes walk of London Fields, Dalston, Shoreditch and only slightly longer to Angel or Victoria Park along the canal.

About my flatmate (in his words): I am a 29 yr old Architect, I work in Clerkwenwell and from home 2-3 days a week (from my room). I like to keep work out of the living areas and enjoy music, cooking, movies, playing sports and going to gigs. Looking for someone fairly calm but am open to socialise.
