London Fields room in 5 person LGBT+ house share

We are a very friendly bunch of long term friends living near London fields. We love our house, it has three bathrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, and a garden for BBQs.

Room comes partially furnished with a bed, and there's a built in closet, but the other furniture in there belongs to a housemate who's moving rooms. The bed also has built in drawers for storage. If you're a WFH person, the room might not be big enough for a desk (unless it's very small!) so the room likely won't suit you.

We like hanging out but also enjoy doing our own thing, our hobbies include board games, veggie cooking, walks, queer nights out, gigs, pubbing, introducing one housemate to Twilight, and throwing parties for our lush pals (on Halloween and New Years! We don't party all the time but we like having pals over). Also Sparerooms only allows binary gender options for the current housemates so take that ratio with a big queer pinch of salt - the majority of housemates are trans women!

You: friendly, clean and chill about living with a broadly veggie/queer bunch of folks. SWERFs / TERFs won’t have fun here lol. We've also got plans to do cat fostering so we'd need you to be down for that :) (alternatively if you already have a cat, they're welcome!). We'd need you to move in on the 22nd December (or at least be paying rent by then).

£704.6pm (but our contract is up in April and knowing landlords they'll probably put it up somewhat then) plus bills (100ish if we include the cleaner we get in every 2 weeks)

The room is definitely snug, but we have a decent sized storage cupboard (pictured) which we'll give you full use of because you'll have the smallest space, and the room has a built in wardrobe/cupboard. The communal areas in the house are nice and big (plus there's a garden), and we'd love for our house to feel a bit community-y so encourage hanging out when you feel like it.

Finally, in regards to accessibility please bear in mind that the house is split across 3 floors, and the toilets do not include handles or other accessibility features.
