Modern Flat on Broadway Market!

Hi, I'm looking for someone to sublet my flat from Jan 18th with the possibility of extending in April for another year.

Broadway Market is an amazing street to live on with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, clothing stores and bars as well as a hardware-store, post office and corner stores all on one street. Right on London Fields or a short walk to Victoria Park along the Canals, there is so many parks and greenery around. The Lido is a 5-min walk which is great in the summer. Easy to get around - trains, buses or I frequently cycle as it's right in the middle of it all.

The bedroom is situated on the 3rd floor, is a double room, with lots of natural sunlight. It comes partly furnished with a double bed and mattress.

The kitchen and bathroom are both updated modern rooms & are easy to clean. As we are above a pizza place, it heats the main areas in the house throughout the winter which is nice.

As the bedroom is at the back of the flat, there isn't any noise from Broadway market, which is amazing being so close to everything without the noise!

The current flatmates are one male, one female between 23-25 and both work in hospitality. They spend a bit of time with their partners so I honestly have the whole place to myself a lot.

As mentioned, the room is available in January 18th and you would be subletting from me until April 15th, which you can extend the lease or have someone else take over.
