3-story home with garden off broadway market

Looking for a new flatmate to replace my good friend that’s moving out. The flat is just behind broadway market and is a ~30 second walk from London Fields.

The home is split across 3 floors with a walk out garden and separate office. In addition to the kitchen , dining room, storage room, attic, and living room there are three bedrooms total—one for myself, one for the new flatmate, and one guest room that doubles as an additional home office to the one in the garden.

My friend is happy to sell his current furniture to the new tenant, or it can come unfurnished depending on preference.

A bit about myself — I moved to London from Canada almost 3 years ago, and have lived in east London for most of that time. I work in the city ~3 days a week, and enjoy tennis, squash, running, and going to the many nice restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. I have loved living in this flat for the past year, and am looking for a new flatmate that is easy going and clean :).
