Hello prospective tenant! We have a number of rooms available in our house near Broadway Market, just off the canal. I’ll be meeting potential flatmates w/c 10th & 17th March, with occupancy starting on 25th March.

Rent: £1100 per month + £1100 one time deposit
Plus bills: Cleaning (bi-weekly), Council tax (monthly), Heating (seasonal), Electricity, Water, TV license, Internet

About the location:
The location is excellent and it keeps getting better. Opposite the house is an incredible cafe that does (perhaps) the best pastries and coffees in London Fields (Yeast Bakery). Other neighbours include a rock-climbing gym and brunch restaurant. It takes 1 minute to walk down the canal and land on Broadway Market. Everything that you need is pretty much waiting outside of your doorstep. The house is surrounded by parks and nature; we are a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park, Haggerston Park and London Fields. We are very close to Cambridge Heath station (Overground) and Bethnal Green (Central Line). Bus links are all very good and also on our doorstep.

My name is Morgan, I'm director of a theatre company and I have lived in the area a long time. My hobbies include (but are not limited to) playing the guitar, diving (scuba and springboard), good food, travelling etc. I’m the first confirmed flatmate moving to this newly renovated property, from another property owned by the same landlords.
About you:
We are looking for responsible, reliable and professional housemates aged 30+.
In the house, we value being respectful, cleaning dishes after use, being mindful that people may be working from home, kindness (offering to bring in an Amazon package), communication (having the capacity to explain when something is bothering you in a way that is kind and honest to alleviate tension), not taking things too personally if someone else has (reasonable) needs, reliability (e. g. locking doors, turning off the oven, generally ensuring the safety and security of others). We have been lucky to have a good thing going in the past.
