You’ll be joining two friendly professionals in their late early 30s. The vibe is relaxed and independent, but we’re always up for a hang when it suits - keen to keep that energy going.

• Shared with two professionals, both WFH the majority of the week with a few days in the office
• Everyone’s respectful of space but sociable too

• 6–7 mins to London Fields Overground
• 15 mins to Hackney Central or Bethnal Green
• Short walk to the canal + Victoria Park

The Deal
• New 12-month contract starting June 1
• Bills around £120/month
• Deposit paid to me (protected via deposit scheme)
• You’ll be signing onto the contract with the other two tenants
