Double room in lovely London Fields flat

Hello! We’re looking for a new female flatmate to join our lovely, relaxed home just a short walk from London Fields near Broadway Market 🌳 We really love living here and think it’s a bit of a gem in London so hope to find someone that will be as happy here as we are! :)

The room is bright and furnished with a double bed (desk also available), a wall cupboard with lots of storage and big windows that get plenty of light year round.

The flat has a nice big shared kitchen and living room where we often chill in the evenings watching TV, catching up after work, or hosting the occasional dinner with friends. We share meals sometimes and Rowan loves to cook so will often offer out random snacks to any takers (!) but we also respect each other’s space and downtime. There is a nice patio area out the back with garden furniture where we enjoy coffees (from our coffee machine or any of the nice cafes on our doorstep) sunbathing and drying laundry in Summer. There's also a front balcony attached to the downstairs room which we all have access to.

It’s a warm, tidy home (with a cleaner that visits every x2 weeks-honestly a game changer!). Having a flat to come home to that we can relax and unwind in is important to us so we are looking for someone who will fit in with our laidback, friendly homey vibe. We keep it very chilled at home and are both early to bed kinda gals these days, especially mid week, as we have busy work and social lives outside of the flat. We both work 9-5 Mon-Fri (mostly from the office, sometimes 1/2 days WFH) so we're looking for someone with a similar working pattern.

You’d be living with:

Rowan, 31 from Glasgow – works in the art world and is also an artist, into the gym, cooking, dancing, travelling, visiting exhibitions and catching up with pals.

Alex, 30 from Dublin – works in event sales and loves trying new restaurants, socialising, going to the gym and travelling.

We’re both sociable, easy going and value a calm, respectful atmosphere at home. No couples, smokers or pets.

- *Important* room available sometime between end of November - December most likely. We will update the ad as soon as we know more. Exact dates TBC (the current flatmate moving out is still confirming exact move out dates)
