- Living in the building currently and for the past 18 months (diff flat)
- I co-own a dog (Cavapoo), Arlo. He is 3 years old and is very chill, rarely barks and does not shed hair. I have him 1-2 wks per month
- I wfh 2-3 days per week and typically travel once every other month
- I’ve got a Peloton that you are welcome to use
