Room for Rent in London Fields/Broadway Market!

The Nitty Gritty: Rent is £883 before bills, which are usually another £130, including a weekly cleaner (every Tuesday).

The House: A 3 story five bedroom house that you'll be sharing with 3 women and 1 non-binary person. The house has 2 bathrooms (shower & toilet in each), a huge open plan kitchen / living room and a garden with BBQ, picnic table and also a pear tree that we try to bear the fruits of in summer! House comes with all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, microwave, toaster, etc - and of course 6 different coffeemakers to suit all the different taste pallets.

Flatmates: All in their late 20s/early 30s. French, Scottish, Dutch and Spanish nationalities so you're getting a great mix of people! We all have different jobs in charity sector, hospitality, film production and wellbeing + events. We enjoy a few drinks and a laugh, like to share meals and bond over reality tv, but we are also tidy and generally keep the house a nice, chill place to be. In essence, we are looking for someone who would like to join our home, rather than someone who is just looking for a room in a house, while acknowledging we all have our separate lives too.

Who we are looking for: someone preferably in their late twenties or thirties, looking for a long-term tenant, who is social, but not a massive party animal, clean and tidy and contributes to the house chores, and some alignment on being pro-Palestine, pro trans rights, queer, inclusion, etc. :) Ideally available to move in December/January.

The Room: Medium/large room, loads of natural light, comfy double bed, desk + chair, two built-in wardrobes and a huge window with leafy views. Quiet little car-free street = peaceful sleep. Most furniture is included (bed, desk, table, drawer and black shelving unit), the rest can be taken over.

The area: 30 seconds to the canal + corner shop, 3 mins to Broadway Market (cafés + restaurants galore), 5 mins to London Fields, 7 mins to the Lido, 10 mins to the overground.

The closest stations are Haggerston, London Fields, and Bethnal Green (but also 2min walk to Bus 236 to either Hackney Wick or Finsbury Park)

Landlord is cool and has a very easy-going attitude.
