We're looking for someone to join us in our lovely 3-bed flat!

The flat is located just off Broadway Market (about a 30-second walk!), and less than 10 mins walk from either London Fields or Cambridge Heath Overground stations. Bethnal Green is also not too far if you need the Central Line.

Being so close to London Fields and Victoria Park is amazing during the summer, and there are plenty of great pubs in the area for cosy winter vibes.

Your flatmates will be Aidan & Nick, who are just the best. I'm really sad to be leaving them. The vibe in the flat is generally sociable, and we'd often go out for drinks or have people over for dinner/movies.

The room/flat:
- Second floor
- Furnished double room (bed & wardrobe)
- Spacious living room with huuuuge sofa -- great for having friends over for drinks/movies/etc
- Separate kitchen with lots of appliances
- Separate shower/toilet rooms

The rent for this room is £900 per month.
Bills (council tax, water, energy, broadband) usually come to £108 per person per month.
