Small double room available in our flat on Regent’s Canal, right next to Broadway Market. The flat is on the ground floor, split over 2 levels with its own front door. It has a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden (and shed) perfect for BBQs. You’d be sharing with three friendly flatmates (two females and one male, all 25–28) who work in the creative industry.

Move-in date is 12th December - but it could be earlier if needed. Rent is £895 per month (it’s the smallest room so it’s reflected in the price) and bills are around £100 per month. Deposit is roughly one month’s rent - TBC as the new tenant would be replacing me on the contract, which currently runs until October 2027.

It’s a great spot - close to London Fields, Bethnal Green, Columbia Road and Haggerston - with everything you need on the doorstep.
