Double room available in our flat on Regent’s Canal, right next to Broadway Market. The flat is on the ground floor, split over 2 levels with its own front door. It has a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden (and shed) perfect for BBQs.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly flatmates (two females and one male, all 25–27) who all work in the creative industry.

Move-in date is available from now.
Rent is £895 per month (smallest room in the house so you pay less rent than the other rooms in the price) and bills are around £100 per month.

Deposit is roughly one month’s rent.

It’s a great spot - close to London Fields, Bethnal Green, Columbia Road and Haggerston - with everything you need on the doorstep.
